Broiled lobster tails topped with a garlic butter blend for an elegant, flavorful main dish.

# What You Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails (5–6 ounces each), thawed if frozen

→ Garlic Butter

02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
06 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat the broiler to high and position the oven rack in the upper third of the oven.
02 - Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail to the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat onto the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
03 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Place lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet and generously brush the meat with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for basting and serving.
05 - Broil for 8 to 12 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly browned. Baste once with reserved garlic butter halfway through cooking.
06 - Remove from oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter on the side.
