# How to Make:

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for the sweet potato fries.
- Combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Toss sweet potato fries on the prepared baking sheet with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread fries in a single layer for even cooking.
- Bake sweet potato fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time, until edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through to internal temperature of 165°F.
- If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover skillet briefly to melt cheese completely.
- Lightly toast burger buns if desired. Assemble by placing lettuce on bottom bun, followed by turkey patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, red onion, and condiments of choice. Top with bun and serve immediately with hot sweet potato fries.
