# What You Need:

→ Coffee

01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - ½ cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy recommended)
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# How to Make:

01 - Whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Fill two tall glasses equally with ice cubes.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee evenly between both glasses over the ice.
04 - Spoon the prepared tahini mixture into each glass and stir vigorously to combine.
05 - Pour plant-based milk over each drink and gently stir for a creamy consistency.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness to preference. Serve immediately while chilled.
