# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The sauce that develops in the bottom of the slow cooker is the kind of good you'll want to spoon over everything
  • It's practically impossible to mess up and makes your house smell incredible all day long
  • Clean up is basically just one pot which means more time for whatever else you'd rather be doing
02 -
  • Dumping everything in without seasoning the chicken first results in a completely different and less flavorful dish
  • The heavy cream is optional but the sauce will be much thinner without it
  • Don't lift the lid too often or you'll lose heat and extend the cooking time
03 -
  • Pat the chicken dry before applying the rub for better adhesion
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan instead of pre shredded for the best melting texture
