# What You Need:

02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Marshmallow Layer

03 - 18 Peeps marshmallow chicks or bunnies

→ Dippers

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Place chocolate chips and butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet.

05 - Return skillet to oven and bake for 4-6 minutes until Peeps are puffed and lightly golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
07 - Serve immediately with graham cracker pieces for dipping. Scoop up molten chocolate and gooey Peeps with each bite.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The chocolate to marshmallow ratio hits different when everything melts together in one pan
  • Its essentially the most fun you can have with dessert in under 15 minutes flat
02 -
  • Peeps puff up dramatically in the oven then settle down, so do not panic when they look like they are about to escape the skillet
  • The chocolate continues firming as it cools, so the first dips are always the most gloriously messy
03 -
  • Work quickly arranging the Peeps so the chocolate does not start setting before you get the skillet back in the oven
  • Position your oven rack in the middle so the marshmallows toast evenly without getting too close to the heating element
