02 - Fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins such as flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, or coconut. Mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.
03 - Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to portion dough. Roll between palms to form smooth, uniform balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
04 - Place energy balls on parchment-lined tray or plate. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
