01 - Whisk together the milk and matcha powder in a medium bowl or jar until smooth and no lumps remain.
02 - Add oats, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup to the matcha milk. Stir thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, allowing oats to absorb liquid and soften.
04 - In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
05 - Divide the overnight oats between bowls or jars. Top with banana slices, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, and fresh berries as desired.
