- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish or similar oven-safe dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, diced jalapeños, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, using a spatula to smooth the top surface.
- In a small bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and melted butter. Stir until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with the butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the dip. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is bubbly around the edges and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the dip cool for 5 minutes to set. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm accompanied by tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
