01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - In an ovenproof 8-inch skillet or baking dish, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream.
03 - Bake for 3 to 4 minutes until the chocolate softens and begins to melt.
04 - Remove from the oven and gently stir the chocolate and cream together until smooth and glossy.
05 - Evenly scatter the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate mixture.
06 - Return the skillet or dish to the oven and bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
07 - Serve immediately with graham crackers, biscuits, or fresh fruit for dipping.
