01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 2–3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Drain and immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to halt cooking. Drain again and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, ensuring it does not brown.
03 - Add blanched green beans to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through and slightly tender.
04 - Season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle chopped parsley on top, if desired.
05 - Serve immediately while warm.
