01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Peel carrots as needed. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Slice cucumbers lengthwise into long strips. Cut bell peppers into thin strips. Slice carrots into thin sticks. Cut celery into sticks. Trim snap peas.
02 - Arrange cauliflower florets in a large oval shape on your serving platter to form the bunny's face. Create a small separate cluster of cauliflower florets to one side for the bunny's tail.
03 - Position cucumber slices in long oval shapes above the cauliflower face to create the bunny ears. Fill the inside of each ear with strips of red bell pepper for vibrant color.
04 - Place cherry tomatoes on the lower portion of the cauliflower face to create rosy cheeks. Position two black olives as eyes. Place a small piece of red bell pepper in the center for the nose.
05 - Arrange carrot sticks on each side of the face extending outward to form whiskers. Use celery sticks and snap peas to fill in any gaps around the bunny shape and add green accents throughout the platter.
06 - Place your chosen dip in a small bowl and position it near the bunny arrangement for easy access. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
