04 - Spread seasoned chickpeas in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
05 - Roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking pan halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Chickpeas continue crisping while cooling. Serve immediately or store airtight up to 3 days.
